We are looking for a IT & HR professional to join our team to manage the full process of IT & Administration and also assist in HR activity for the organization. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & implement ERP system, ensure data security.

• Collaborate with teams on software updates, troubleshoot issues.

• Oversee IT infrastructure and admin activities.

• Assist HR in monitoring manpower, employee welfare and health, recruitment and onboarding, record keeping. housekeeping, training etc.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate in Computer Science & Post Graduate in HR and 2 - 4 years of experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
