We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Admin to lead and manage full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate must have experience handling technical & non-technical hiring along with strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and people management.
End-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical roles
Workforce planning and talent pipeline building
Conduct screening, interviews, and onboarding
Implement HR policies, procedures, and employment handbooks
Manage attendance, leave, employee records & HR MIS
Coordinate payroll input processing & maintain HR documents
Ensure compliance with labor laws & statutory requirements
(ESIC, PF, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.)
Coordinate with auditors & HR consultants for compliance matters
Implement performance management systems (PMS)
Conduct appraisals, reviews & capability development programs
Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition & culture building
Handle employee queries, grievance redressal & conflict resolution
Maintain confidentiality & professional HR ethics
2–6 years of HR experience in HR operations + recruitment
Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory laws & compliance
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Leadership qualities with ability to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office, HR software/HRMS (preferred)
Strong integrity in managing confidential HR data
