· Responsible for end to end recruitment of Corporate vertical.
· Handling Joining formalities including employee orientation & documentation.
· Background verification of Employees.
· Conducting Induction for new joinees.
· Coordination with vendors/Vendor Management.
· Organizing employee engagement activities.
· Employee grievance handling.
· Maintaining and updating HRIS
· Looking after Employee Referral Scheme.
· Preparing and issuing Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Transfer, Re-designation, Internship & Experience letter etc.
· Assisting HR Manager in payroll processing & policy formation.
· Maintaining MIS reports.
· Handling Exit formalities including full & final settlement of the employees.
· Attracting new clients.
· Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
· Research and identify new market opportunities.
· Build long-term relationship with new and existing clients.
. Should have experience in HR policy framing
