Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR / Admin Executive to join our team at Eklavya Centre Of Excellence Private Limited. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities through talent sourcing and cold calling, while handling daily office administration, attendance tracking via HRMS, and supporting payroll management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Sourcing Profiles: Source and screen relevant candidate profiles through job portals, social media, and professional networks.

  • Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to potential candidates, pitch open positions, and line them up for interviews.

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

2. HR Operations & Payroll Support

  • HRMS Management: Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data on the HRMS platform.

  • Payroll Management: Assist in collecting and organizing data for monthly payroll processing (attendance, deductions, and bonuses).

  • Documentation: Handle employee documentation, including issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and maintaining physical/digital employee files.

3. General Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations at the Noida office.

  • Act as the point of contact for internal team queries regarding HR policies and office facilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, or Office Administration.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Good hands-on Computer Knowledge (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    • Familiarity or basic working knowledge of HRMS tools.

  • Sourcing & Calling: Proven ability in Talent Acquisition/Sourcing and comfort with high-volume Cold Calling.

  • Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

  • Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking effectively.
