We are looking for an organised, responsible and people-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage HR activities and ensure smooth administrative operations across our centres.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR & Recruitment
- Manage recruitment for trainers, admission counsellors and support staff.
- Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment status.
- Coordinate joining formalities and documentation for new employees.
- Conduct employee onboarding and explain company policies and processes.
- Maintain employee records, KYC documents and HR files.
- Coordinate with management regarding hiring requirements.
2. Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain daily attendance records for all employees.
- Monitor late coming, early leaving, absenteeism and overtime.
- Manage leave applications and maintain leave records.
- Ensure employees follow company attendance and working-hour policies.
- Prepare monthly attendance data for payroll processing.
3. Employee Management
- Maintain regular communication with employees regarding HR policies and administrative matters.
- Address routine employee queries and escalate important issues to management.
- Support management in maintaining workplace discipline and professional conduct.
- Conduct employee feedback and engagement activities when required.
- Maintain records of warnings, performance-related communication and other HR documentation.
4. Payroll Coordination
- Collect and verify monthly attendance and salary-related information.
- Coordinate with management/accounts for payroll processing.
- Track incentives, deductions, overtime and other salary adjustments.
- Ensure all payroll-related information is accurate and submitted on time.
5. Centre Administration
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functioning of the centre.
- Monitor housekeeping, cleanliness, maintenance and basic facility requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers and building management.
- Maintain records of office supplies, stationery and other inventory.
- Ensure classrooms and common areas are properly maintained.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and other operational requirements.
6. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper HR and administrative documentation.
- Keep employee records updated and organised.
- Support management with HR-related documentation and reports.
- Ensure company policies and internal processes are properly documented and followed.
- Assist with statutory/compliance-related HR requirements as assigned.
7. HR Reporting
Prepare regular reports covering:
- Employee attendance
- Leave and absenteeism
- Recruitment status
- New joiners and exits
- Employee turnover
- Overtime
- Staff strength
- Other HR and administrative KPIs
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and basic HR processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic office tools.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with different teams.
- Mature, responsible and disciplined approach to work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding employee and company information.
