We are looking for a motivated HR Intern/FTE to support daily human resources activities and gain hands-on experience in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
Help organize HR events and engagement activities
Assist with payroll, attendance, and documentation tasks
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Ability to handle confidential information
