Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for all levels.

  • Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.

  • Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

  • Maintain recruitment records and MIS reports.

Training & Development

  • Identify employee training needs and skill gaps.

  • Develop and implement training and development programs.

  • Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.

  • Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.

  • Support employee career growth and succession planning.

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor daily attendance, shifts, overtime, and leave records.

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of attendance data through HRMS/Biometric systems.

  • Address attendance-related issues and employee queries.

  • Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.

Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

  • Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.

  • Coordinate statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.

  • Ensure compliance with payroll policies and labor regulations.

  • Handle employee payroll-related queries and final settlements.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues.

  • Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.

  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.

  • Handle joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit formalities.

  • Coordinate audits related to HR and statutory compliance.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Training & Development, Attendance, and Payroll.

  • Experience with HRMS, Biometric Attendance Systems, and Payroll Software.

  • Knowledge of PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and labor laws.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
