Job Summary: We are looking for a well-organized and presentable Admin & Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations while supporting overall administrative functions. The role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a professional approach to handling visitors and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
•
Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct them appropriately
•
Maintain visitor records and manage front desk operations
•
Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable always
Administrative Responsibilities:
•
Manage travel arrangements (flights, hotel bookings, local transport)
•
Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and company events
•
Handle office supplies inventory and procurement
•
Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
•
Coordinate with vendors for office services and maintenance
•
Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks
•
Oversee housekeeping, pantry, and facility management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
•
1–3 years of experience in front office/admin role
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•
Presentable with a professional attitude
•
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
•
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in corporate front office handling
•
Exposure to travel coordination and vendor management
