Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities for the branch and ensure smooth functioning of all HR processes.
Manage employee coordination, engagement, and grievance handling at the branch level.
Maintain and regularly update employee records, personal files, joining documents, and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave, late coming, absenteeism, and employee discipline in coordination with the corporate HR team.
Conduct and coordinate employee onboarding and induction for new joiners and ensure all joining documentation is completed.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, company rules, benefits, and other HR-related queries.
Assist in payroll-related activities by ensuring accurate attendance, leave, and employee information is shared with the corporate HR/payroll team on time.
Handle employee exit formalities, including resignation documentation, asset handover, clearance, and coordination for full & final settlement.
Manage branch-level administrative activities, including office coordination, documentation, vendor coordination, and maintaining a professional work environment.
Ensure timely communication of company policies, circulars, notices, and HR updates to branch employees.
Maintain proper records of employee documentation, attendance, onboarding, and other HR-related activities.
Coordinate closely with the corporate HR team to ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes at the branch.
Support management in addressing employee discipline, performance, attendance, and workplace-related concerns.
Prepare and share regular HR and administrative reports with the corporate HR team.
Ensure compliance with internal HR processes and support management in maintaining a positive and disciplined work culture.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years in HR/Admin
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment, attendance, leave and employee documentation
Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel
Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities at the branch level
Candidates who can handle both HR and administrative responsibilities will be preferred.
