We are looking for a Hr-Admin to join our team at Beam Infotech Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Office & Administration (40%)
Facilities Management: Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and functional. Liaise with building management and vendors for repairs and maintenance.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with office suppliers (stationery, pantry supplies, cleaning services) and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Inventory Management: Track office assets (laptops, furniture, keys) and manage office supply inventory, placing orders as needed.
Reception & Hospitality: Greet guests, manage meeting room schedules, and coordinate logistics for team meetings, all-hands, and company events.
Travel & Expense: Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and assist with the collection and submission of expense reports.
Human Resources Support (60%)
Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Prepare offer letters and contracts, conduct new hire orientations, set up new hires in HRIS/payroll systems, and conduct exit interviews for departing employees.
Record Management: Maintain and update digital and physical employee files with 100% accuracy (personal details, contracts, performance reviews, training records).
Payroll Support: Assist the finance/HR team with monthly payroll by collecting and verifying attendance, leave balances, and overtime data.
Benefits Administration: Act as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.). Assist with the enrollment and claims process.
Policy Implementation: Help communicate and enforce company policies. Assist in updating the Employee Handbook.
Compliance: Ensure all employment practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Assist with statutory reporting (e.g., EEO-1, OSHA).
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and 1 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
