Job Description

Hiring & Recruitment

  • Hire bakers, helpers, decorators, delivery staff, cleaners, and counter staff

  • Conduct interviews and trial shifts

  • Coordinate onboarding

Staff Management

  • Maintain attendance and leave records

  • Manage shift schedules

  • Handle staff issues and discipline

  • Reduce employee turnover

Operations Support

  • Ensure staff follow SOPs

  • Monitor hygiene and grooming

  • Coordinate between kitchen and management

  • Maintain daily staff reports

Training

  • Train new staff on:

    • behavior

    • hygiene

    • work systems

    • customer handling

  • Ensure SOP compliance

Payroll & Documentation

  • Coordinate salaries and overtime

  • Maintain employee records

  • Manage joining/leaving formalities

Requirements

  • Experience in bakery, café, restaurant, retail, or food business

  • Good communication in Hindi

  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

  • Strong people-management skills

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
