Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR cum Admin Executive who can independently manage human resources and administrative functions. The candidate will be responsible for handling staff management, statutory compliances, payroll coordination, and day-to-day office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update staff records including attendance, leave, and salary processing. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and other related. Handle recruitment, employee onboarding, and exit formalities. Support management in performance reviews, staff coordination, and disciplinary actions. Manage daily administrative activities including office supplies, vendor follow-ups, work order issues and facility management. Prepare and analyze HR-related reports using MS Excel. Coordinate with management and employees for smooth functioning of operations. Handle communication, negotiations, and maintain positive employee relations.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR and Administration.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and manage day-to-day operational activities.
