Act as the right hand to the Managing Director for all day-to-day coordination and task execution.
· Maintain and follow up on all pending tasks, ensuring closure on committed timelines.
· Handle communication, emails, calendar management, meetings, and correspondence.
· Coordinate with internal departments and ensure execution of delegated tasks.
· Draft emails, letters, and manage documentation independently.
· Take personal responsibility for professional and personal errands assigned by MD.
· Conduct thorough internet research, prepare summaries and briefing notes.
· Organize and manage the MD’s schedule, appointments, and travel plans.
· Act as the MD’s voice—communicating with teams and ensuring updates/follow-ups.
· Manage delegation sheets, track progress, and ensure accountability.
