About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Handle employee engagement, retention, and grievance management
Maintain attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll processing
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Drive performance management system (PMS), appraisals, and PIP processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements
Support leadership with HR analytics and reporting
