Qualification MBA / MSW / M.A HRM
Experience 1-2 years
Work Location : Chennai (Pallikaranai)
Job Roles :-
Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, salary disbursements, and basic HR compliance.
• Manage office administration – vendor coordination, supplies, housekeeping.
• Draft and circulate offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies.
• Support performance reviews, training, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain statutory compliance documents (PT, ESI, Insurance coordination, etc.).
• Assist in expense tracking, petty cash handling, and invoice coordination.
• Manage logistics and documentation for dispatches and office coordination.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by acting as a bridge between management and staff.
Office Administration & Operations:
• Coordinate daily office operations and support internal teams in maintaining a well-organized and productive work environment.
• Manage office supplies, track procurement, vendor follow-ups, and maintain utility bills and maintenance records.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, organising internal reviews, and managing visitor and courier logs.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave tracking, and help HR with onboarding formalities and record keeping.
• Coordinate travel bookings and accommodations as needed for staff or company needs.
• Act as the point of contact between departments for document flow, approvals, and company communications.
