Salary: 12000-15000/month
Roles & Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (job postings, screening resumes, interview coordination).
Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in HR documentation, policies, and compliance-related work.
Support payroll inputs and HR reporting.
Admin Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination.
Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers.
Assist in travel arrangements, housekeeping, and facility management.
Maintain records, files, and MIS reports.
Support management with administrative tasks and documentation.
Skills & Requirements:
Basic knowledge of HR processes and office administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Well-organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
