Role Purpose:
To support the HR & Admin function by managing day-to-day operations in canteen, time office, housekeeping, and transport, ensuring smooth running of plant-level HR services and employee welfare.
Key Responsibilities
1. Time Office & Attendance
Monitor employee & labour attendance in both shifts.
Maintain biometric/manual attendance records.
Coordinate with contract agencies for labour deployment.
Prepare attendance summary for payroll input.
2. Canteen Management
Ensure timely food service for employees and contract labour.
Coordinate with canteen vendor for menu, quality, and hygiene.
Address employee feedback on canteen services.
3. Housekeeping & Facility Management
Supervise housekeeping staff (internal/external).
Monitor cleanliness of shopfloor, office, restrooms, and common areas.
Ensure compliance with 5S / safety and hygiene standards.
4. Transport Management
Coordinate staff bus/van schedules and routes.
Monitor vendor performance (timeliness, vehicle condition, driver behavior).
Handle employee transport queries/issues.
5. Contract Labour & Admin Support
Maintain contract labour muster rolls, ID cards, and statutory records (through contractor).
Support HR team in employee welfare activities.
Assist in compliance documentation and audits.
