HR & Admin Executive
Location: Thane
Job Purpose:
The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting daily human resources and administrative operations. This includes recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, office administration, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Assist with recruitment processes including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation in physical and digital formats
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination
Help execute employee engagement initiatives and company events
Maintain and update HR databases and generate required reports
Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to and assist with policy communication
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, or benefits
Administration:
Oversee general office operations including inventory, housekeeping, and vendor coordination
Maintain office supplies stock and place orders when necessary
Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and facilities
Coordinate travel bookings, accommodations, and reimbursements
Support internal communication across departments
Key Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
PG/Certification in HR will be an added advantage
Experience:
6 moths -1 years of experience in an HR/Admin role (entry-level to mid-level)
Familiarity with HR software and MS Office tools
