About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Bhubaneswar. This individual contributor role focuses on high-volume recruiting for Nursing and Rehab positions across the US. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with top-tier MSP/VMS platforms, all major US job portals, and a background in direct client hiring. Healthcare recruiting experience is mandatory, and nursing/rehab recruiting experience is preferred.

Note: Cab facility is available for female employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for Nursing and Rehab positions across various healthcare facilities in the US.

• Source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates using US job portals.

• Manage and coordinate recruitment through MSP (Managed Service Providers) and VMS (Vendor Management Systems).

• Maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates to support high-volume recruiting needs.

• Collaborate with account managers and hiring partners to understand client requirements and deliver qualified talent in a timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with all client-specific and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions and progress using the ATS/CRM systems.

Requirements:

• 1-6 years of hands-on experience in US healthcare recruiting, with a focus on Nursing and Rehab roles.

• Strong expertise in working with top-tier MSPs and VMS platforms.

• Demonstrated experience with high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with US job boards and sourcing tools.

• Preferred experience working directly with US-based clients.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor and take ownership of end-to-end recruiting cycles.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience specifically in nursing and rehab staffing.

• Exposure to working with direct clients in a healthcare setting.
