Key Responsibilities

Visit targeted zones, market clusters, and DP hotspots daily to recruit delivery partners for EV bike rentals.
Pitch the EV bike offering, explain rental plans, benefits, and onboarding requirements.
Support DPs through the documentation, onboarding, and KYC process.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth bike handover and deployment.
Maintain daily recruitment MIS: areas covered, leads generated, DPs onboarded, and deployments completed.
Understand ground challenges and share feedback to improve recruitment and deployment strategies.
Build relationships with DPs, fleet-demand partners, and local points of contact.

Requirements

Prior experience in field sales / DP onboarding / rider acquisition (Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Rapido, Ola, Uber, logistics preferred).
Strong communication and pitching skills.
Comfortable working on-ground, covering multiple areas daily.
Smartphone usage, Google Maps, and basic data entry skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
