Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end fleet hiring activities and vendor coordination.
Manage driver/fleet onboarding processes and maintain required documentation.
Coordinate with the operations team for vehicle placement and manpower availability.
Maintain hiring trackers, joining status, and deployment records.
Ensure timely fulfillment of fleet and manpower requirements.
Follow up with vendors and drivers to ensure smooth onboarding.
Support daily operational activities related to fleet management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations is preferred.
Knowledge of onboarding and document verification processes.
Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
