Job Summary:
Wevois is looking for a proactive and energetic Field Recruiter to join our growing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates through field-based activities, including campus drives, local outreach, and on-ground recruitment campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field recruitment drives in colleges, job fairs, and local communities
Source candidates through offline channels such as walk-ins, references, and local networks
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings
Build relationships with local institutions, training centers, and community groups
Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and maintain recruitment data
Meet hiring targets within deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
3–5 years of experience in recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel locally within Jaipur and nearby areas
Strong networking and convincing abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools
