We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and hiring blue-collar and entry-level candidates through field activities such as on-ground visits, job fairs, local advertisements, and networking within communities.
Visit field locations (industrial areas, markets, institutes, residential colonies) to source potential candidates.
Generate walk-ins through local networks, referrals, posters, and tie-ups with local influencers.
Conduct on-the-spot interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Ensure manpower targets are achieved as per business requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and daily field activity reports.
Coordinate with hiring managers and recruitment team for interview scheduling.
Build strong local networks for continuous pipeline generation.
Participate in job fairs, employment exchanges, and labor market activities.
Strong networking skills within local communities.
Good communication and convincing ability.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in the field.
Understanding of blue-collar workforce hiring trends (factory workers, delivery boys, housekeeping, security guards, etc.)
Knowledge of local languages preferred.
Graduate / 12th Pass (minimum)
1-3 years of experience in field recruitment / bulk hiring preferred
Own two-wheeler is an added advantage
