Job Responsibilities:
Source candidates for Picker, Packer & Warehouse positions through field visits, local sourcing, job portals, referrals and social media.
Conduct bulk hiring drives and walk-in interviews.
Screen candidates and coordinate their interview and joining process.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
Build and maintain a strong local candidate pipeline.
Coordinate with candidates regarding documentation and joining.
Maintain daily recruitment trackers and hiring MIS in Excel.
Follow up with selected candidates until they join and complete onboarding.
Coordinate with the operations team regarding manpower requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment/field hiring preferred.
Experience in blue-collar, warehouse, logistics, Picker-Packer or bulk hiring will be an advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Knowledge of the local area and ability to source candidates locally.
Basic knowledge of Excel and recruitment portals.
Comfortable with field visits and target-based recruitment.
Graduate/12th pass candidates with relevant experience can be considered.
