Job Description

The Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and hiring Delivery Boys / Bike Riders through field activities and local hiring drives to meet manpower requirements.

Requirements :
- Minimum 6 months Of experience in field Hiring of Delivery Boys/ riders.
Must have own Bike ( Mandatory)
Conduct field recruitment drives to hire bike riders and delivery boys.
Visit local areas, transport hubs, petrol pumps, marketplaces, and partner locations to generate leads.
Screen candidates based on eligibility criteria (valid driving license, bike, documents, etc.).
Explain job roles, incentives, and company policies to candidates.
Coordinate document collection and onboarding process.
Maintain daily hiring targets and submit recruitment reports.
Build referral networks to generate continuous hiring leads.
Coordinate with operations team for smooth joining process.
