We're looking for a motivated Field Recruiter to join our team in Saltlake Newtown. As a Field Recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent for our organization.
*Responsibilities:*
- Identify and approach potential candidates who meet the eligibility criteria
- Conduct on-ground sourcing, screening, and onboarding of reliable candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Meet recruitment targets and contribute to the growth of the organization
*Requirements:*
- 0-6 months of experience in recruitment or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office
