**Job Title: Field Tie-Up & Recruitment Executive – Kolkata**

**Qualification:** Minimum Higher Secondary (HS) Passed

**Experience:** Freshers / Experienced both can apply

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Visit companies, shops, and offices to generate tie-ups

* Source and recruit candidates for various job roles

* Coordinate interviews and onboarding process

* Maintain client and candidate database

* Achieve daily/weekly targets
