Job Description

Source and recruit blue-collar manpower for manufacturing and industrial clients.
Conduct field recruitment drives, job fairs, and local hiring campaigns.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews as per client requirements.
Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements while maintaining hiring quality.
Coordinate with site supervisors and recruitment teams for smooth onboarding.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation.
Submit daily recruitment reports and hiring updates to the Reporting Manager.
Build and maintain a strong local candidate database.
Ensure candidates join on time and resolve pre-joining concerns.
Willingness to travel extensively for recruitment activities.
