We are looking for a Field Officer to support manpower sourcing and operations in soft services such as housekeeping, security, and facility support. The role involves field-level recruitment, coordination, and deployment of candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates for soft service roles (housekeeping, security, pantry, etc.)
Visit field locations to identify manpower requirements
Coordinate interviews and initial screening of candidates
Ensure timely deployment of manpower at client locations
Maintain daily attendance and manpower records
Handle basic employee queries and support operations
Build local candidate database for quick hiring
Coordinate with HR and operations team
