Hiring of Delivery Riders
Actively source, screen, and onboard delivery riders through field visits, local networks, and hiring drives.
Ensure proper documentation and training during the onboarding process.
Daily Attendance Follow-ups
Monitor rider attendance regularly and follow up with absentees.
Maintain daily attendance records and share updates with the operations team.
Order Status and Location Tracking
Track real-time order status and rider location using internal tools or apps.
Ensure timely delivery and coordinate with riders in case of delays or issues.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Collection Monitoring
Track daily COD collections from each rider.
Ensure proper reconciliation and handover of collected amounts.
Salary Coordination
Compile and share accurate data related to rider attendance, performance, and COD collections with the payroll/HR team.
Coordinate to ensure timely salary processing and resolve rider salary-related queries.
Field Operations Management
Oversee daily ground-level operations to ensure smooth functioning of deliveries.
Act as the point of contact for resolving on-field rider issues.
Reporting and Communication
Prepare and share regular updates, reports, and escalation emails to the operations/management team.
Maintain clear and professional communication across teams.
