We are looking for an energetic Field Recruiter responsible for daily bulk hiring of blue-collar workforce such as picker/packers and delivery associates for leading e-commerce and quick commerce clients This is a full field role that requires visiting store/warehouse locations across Pune and ensuring candidates attend interviews and complete joining formalities.

Required Skills

Experience in bulk / blue-collar hiring

Strong local sourcing ability

Ability to work on field & travel daily

Candidate mobilization & coordination skills

Knowledge of warehouse/logistics hiring is preferred
