Job Description

Job Title: Field Recruiter – Sales Executive Hiring Location: [Salem] Job Purpose: The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for Field Sales Executive (FSE) roles. This position involves extensive field-level hiring, local networking, and coordination with business teams to ensure manpower targets are achieved on time.Key Responsibilities: Source potential Field Sales Executives (FSEs) through field visits, job fairs, references, and local community networks. Conduct walk-in drives, campus hiring, and on-the-spot interviews. Ensure timely shortlisting, selection, and joining of candidates as per business requirements. Maintain daily recruitment trackers and MIS reports. Coordinate with Team Leaders / Cluster Heads to understand hiring needs and deployment priorities. Verify candidate documents and ensure completion of onboarding formalities. Promote employer brand in the local market through word-of-mouth and social media. Maintain strong candidate pipeline and relationship management for future hiring needs.Required Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent local network for entry-level sales hiring. Self-motivated with field orientation. Basic Excel and reporting knowledge. Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly hiring targets. --- Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate / Diploma in any discipline. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field recruitment / bulk hiring / sales hiring preferred. Language: Local language proficiency and basic English required. Two-wheeler & smartphone mandatory for field mobility. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of FSEs hired & joined per week/month. Quality of hires and retention rate. Timely fulfillment of manpower targets.
