Job Description

Job Title: Field Recruiter (Blue-Collar Hiring)Location: Bilaspur & Farukhnagar Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month---Job Summary:We are looking for a Field Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for blue-collar roles such as delivery executives, warehouse staff, loaders/unloaders, drivers, etc. The recruiter will work closely with local vendors, training institutes, and field sourcing points to fulfill manpower requirements.---Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, references, and local networksConduct initial screening and schedule interviewsHandle documentation & onboarding formalities (ID proof, bank details, etc.)Coordinate with HR & Operations team for smooth joiningMaintain daily recruitment tracker and achieve hiring targetsBuild and maintain relationships with vendors and deployment partnersEnsure timely fulfillment of manpower based on business demandPromote hiring brand and create strong presence in the market---Skills Required:Strong field sourcing & networking abilityGood communication & negotiation skillsAbility to work under pressure & achieve targetsBasic knowledge of MS Excel / Google SheetsReady for field travel within Ahmedabad---Education & Experience:Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)1 year experience in blue-collar hiring (Freshers with good energy can also apply)
