Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Recruiter to support bulk and blue-collar hiring requirements. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through field visits, job camps, local references, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and candidate interaction.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct field recruitment drives, job fairs, and local hiring campaigns

Visit industrial areas, villages, colleges, and training institutes for candidate sourcing
Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain daily field activity reports and recruitment tracker
Build strong local networks and referral channels
Handle bulk hiring requirements within given timelines
Ensure proper documentation and onboarding support
