Role &Responsibilities:
Candidates must be willing to travel extensively in the field for recruitment activities.

The recruiter will be responsible for visiting labour markets, industrial areas, villages, residential colonies, and other sourcing locations to identify and hire candidates.
Daily field visits are mandatory to achieve hiring targets.
The role requires direct interaction with potential candidates and conducting on-the-spot screening and recruitment drives.
The recruiter must ensure candidate joining and maintain regular follow-up until onboarding is completed.
