🎯 Key Responsibilities / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियांManpower Sourcing: Find skilled machine operators & labourers / कुशल मशीन ऑपरेटर और लेबर खोजना।Interviews: Arrange & manage candidate interviews at client locations / क्लाइंट के लोकेशन पर इंटरव्यू की व्यवस्था करना।Accommodation: Arrange nearby housing for selected workers / कर्मचारियों के लिए रहने (Accommodation) की व्यवस्था करना।Documentation: Complete joining paperwork & verification / चयनित उम्मीदवारों के डॉक्यूमेंटेशन का काम पूरा करना।Client HR: Coordinate daily with client HR teams / क्लाइंट कंपनियों की एचआर टीमों के साथ रोजाना तालमेल बनाना।🎓 Qualifications & Requirements / योग्यता और आवश्यकताएंEducation: 10th Pass & above / 10वीं पास या उससे अधिक (12th, Graduate).Documents: Valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence is mandatory / वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना अनिवार्य है।Vehicle: Must own a Two-Wheeler for field operations / फील्ड के काम के लिए अपनी बाइक/स्कूटर होना जरूरी है।Skills: Good communication, strong local network / बातचीत करने की अच्छी क्षमता और मजबूत लोकल नेटवर्क।
