Purpose of the Role
The TSL will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring for various bulk hiring positions including but not limited to Customer Support Associates (CSA), Apprentice Hiring, Loader, Picker & Packer, including full time & Part time employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of job markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates.
Principal Responsibilities
Source and Recruit apprentices, contractual employees and store management team to meet the companies hiring targets
Source and attract qualified candidates for bulk hiring roles through job boards, social media, NGO’s, referrals, and networks etc.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Enable sourcing and hiring of CSAs, apprentice, contractual employees and store management team
Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including conducting background checks and verifying qualifications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
Knowledge / Education
12th grade
Must have 5-6 years of experience in HR Operation along with regional language expertise managing on-roll and offroll employees
Should have experience in recruitment, on-boarding, training, performance management etc
