Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and field-oriented individual to join our security services team as a Field Officer – Recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified security guards to meet the operational demands across various client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Identify and source potential candidates (security guards) through field visits, local agencies, references, and job camps.

  • Conduct recruitment drives in rural and urban areas.

  • Build a network of agents, ex-servicemen associations, and village coordinators for regular manpower supply.

• Screening & Selection

  • Conduct preliminary screening, background checks, and physical fitness assessments.

  • Verify documents like ID proofs, address verification, and previous employment records.

  • Ensure candidates meet company and client-specific eligibility criteria.

• Onboarding & Deployment

  • Facilitate medical tests, police verification, and documentation for selected candidates.

  • Coordinate with operations team for guard placement and site deployment.

  • Ensure smooth joining and orientation of new recruits.
