We are looking for a Field recruiter to join our team at Manner & Skill Integrated Services Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
Key Responsibilities
· Source candidates for housekeeping, technicians, security, and other FM roles.
· Conduct field visits, walk-in interviews, and community sourcing.
· Conduct basic screening and interviews for roles like housekeeping staff, helpers, technicians, security personnel, waiters, cooks, and other blue-collar positions.
· Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
· Coordinate joining, documentation, and deployment to sites.
· Maintain daily recruitment trackers and ensure timely hiring.
· Work closely with site teams to understand manpower needs.
· Coordinate with operations managers and site supervisors for manpower demand planning.
Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience in manpower/blue-collar recruitment.
Good communication and field sourcing skills.
Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel)
