Key Responsibilities:

• Screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews with Sales Team Leaders and ASMs.

• Managing the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation and joining formalities.

• Organizing and conducting campus hiring and field recruitment drives.

• Sourcing candidates via references, databases, and job platforms like Apna, Job Hai, WorkIndia, etc.

• Coordinating with local offices, colleges, institutes, NGOs, and other partners for manpower sourcing.

• Executing on-ground hiring activities to meet recruitment targets as per business needs

  • Prior experience or internship in recruitment is preferred (field or volume hiring is a plus).

  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable with field activities and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
