Screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews with Sales Team Leaders and ASMs.
Managing the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation and joining formalities.
Organizing and conducting campus hiring and field recruitment drives.
Sourcing candidates via references, databases, and job platforms like Apna, Job Hai, WorkIndia, etc.
Coordinating with local offices, colleges, institutes, NGOs, and other partners for manpower sourcing.
Executing on-ground hiring activities to meet recruitment targets as per business needs
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience or internship in recruitment is preferred (field or volume hiring is a plus).
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable with field activities and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Passionate about people and recruitment with a can-do attitude.
