Recruiter ko field mein potential candidates identify karke unhe available job opportunities explain karni hain, eligibility verify karni hai aur successful onboarding tak candidate ko support karna hai.

* 🔹 Field se **fresh Delivery Partners / Drivers** source karna.

* 🔹 Candidates ko client/job opportunity ke baare mein explain karna.

* 🔹 Candidate ki basic eligibility verify karna.

* 🔹 Required KYC/documents collect karna.

* 🔹 Candidate ka registration/login complete karwana.

* 🔹 Candidate ko onboarding process mein support karna.

* 🔹 Daily fresh **F1 Logins** generate karna.

* 🔹 Candidates ka regular follow-up karna.

* 🔹 Joining aur onboarding coordination karna.

* 🔹 Daily & weekly recruitment targets achieve karna.

* 🔹 Candidate data aur recruitment report maintain karna.

* 🔹 Client guidelines ke according quality candidates onboard karna.
