We are looking for a dynamic field recruiter to source, screen, and hire top talent for Supply Chain and Logistics roles. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys traveling to sites, building strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end recruitment process.
Identify, attract, and hire candidates for supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations roles (from entry-level to managerial).
Conduct field visits to warehouses, transport hubs, and partner locations to source local talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job specifications.
Manage the recruitment lifecycle: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, referrals, and local hiring events.
Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of proven experience in field recruitment, preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics/Warehouse hiring.
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, last-mile delivery, or warehouse staffing is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for recruitment drives and site visits.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
Strong local market knowledge and networking skills.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
