The Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various field and frontline roles. The role involves visiting partner locations, conducting local hiring drives, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely closures of open positions as per business requirements.
Conduct field recruitment activities such as local drives, walk-ins, and on-ground sourcing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, training institutes, and employment exchanges.
Source candidates through field visits, references, job fairs, and local networks.
Ensure timely line-ups, interviews, and joining of candidates.
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding manpower requirements and hiring status.
Maintain and update daily recruitment trackers and reports.
Conduct initial screening and ensure candidate eligibility as per job requirements.
Support onboarding and documentation processes.
Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience in field or mass recruitment (preferably in retail, logistics, or manpower staffing).
Strong local networking and sourcing ability.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for hiring drives.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
