Job Summary:
The Field Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for frontline, field-based, or volume hiring roles as House Keepers, Maintenance Technicians, Facility Multi Skilled Technicians etc. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates by actively engaging in field visits, building community networks, and collaborating with business stakeholders to meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements for field/blue-collar/volume hiring roles.
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as field drives, community outreach, local job boards, employee referrals, vendor networks, and social platforms.
• Conduct walk-in interviews, recruitment camps, and field hiring events.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate pipeline to ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
• Facilitate pre-employment checks, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Track recruitment metrics such as hiring TAT, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion ratio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, training institutes, colleges, and community partners to strengthen talent supply.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Proven experience in field/volume hiring, blue-collar recruitment, or mass recruitment in Facility Management
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (local language proficiency preferred).
• Ability to work independently with high energy and result orientation.
Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of experience in field/volume/blue-collar recruitment in Facility Management
• Exposure to industries like logistics, retail, manufacturing, Facilities Management or staffing will be an added advantage.
