Location: Chennai
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Job Summary

bigbasket is hiring Field Recruiters to support high-volume hiring through field sourcing and local outreach. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, walk-ins, referrals, and online platforms

• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability

• Promote job openings through social media and local networks

• Coordinate interview schedules, offer rollouts, and onboarding logistics

• Ensure timely collection and verification of candidate documents (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, etc.)

• Maintain a steady pipeline of candidates to meet hiring targets

• Regularly update recruitment status and reports to the team

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

• Experience: 6 months to 4 years in recruitment, HR, or field hiring

• Language skills: Good communication in English and local language (Tamil preferred)

• Comfortable with field work, travel, and public interaction

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and documentation

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, field-based recruitment environment
