Job Description

We are actively looking out for Talent acquisition (field recruiter) for a healthcare company.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle bulk & mass hiring across entry-level, frontline, sales, retail, and operations roles.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.), referrals, social media, and walk-ins.
Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlisting.
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand manpower requirements.
Schedule interviews, assessment drives, and walk-in recruitment campaigns.
Ensure daily/weekly hiring targets are achieved.
Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities
