We’re Hiring: Operations / Team Lead – Last-Mile Delivery

At Hala Mobility, we are building a sustainable future for last-mile delivery. We’re looking for a driven Operations / Team Lead who can manage rider teams, deliver daily performance, and ensure smooth on-ground operations.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a team of delivery executives/riders

• Ensure daily operational targets and SLAs are met

• Track rider performance: attendance, productivity, and delivery efficiency

• Handle rider issues, escalations, and coordination

• Work closely with fleet, recovery, and hub teams

• Drive process improvements for operational excellence

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in logistics or delivery operations

• Strong leadership and team-handling skills

• Experience with EV logistics or hyperlocal platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.) is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
