Job Summary:

Growth India is looking for a proactive Field Recruiter to join our team. The role involves daily field visits, especially to our warehouse in Okhla, to recruit delivery boys for last-mile operations. This is a fully on-ground, field-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit warehouse and surrounding areas daily to hire delivery boys.

• Source candidates through field visits, local contacts, job centers, and other offline methods.

• Conduct walk-in interviews and assist with documentation.

• Coordinate onboarding and training with the HR team.

• Maintain hiring reports and update daily recruitment progress.

• Build a strong network in Delhi NCR for consistent candidate sourcing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field or delivery-related recruitment.

• Own bike and valid driving license required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with Delhi NCR geography, especially Okhla and nearby areas.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring documentation.
