Job Description

visits and local hiring activities.

Visit markets, rider hubs, petrol pumps, charging/swapping points, and other relevant locations to find candidates.

Explain EV rental plans, vehicle details, rental charges, and earning opportunities to potential riders.

Complete rider verification, documentation, and onboarding process.

Coordinate with the operations/hub team for vehicle deployment.

Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and successful onboardings.

Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Follow up with interested candidates until they complete onboarding.

Build relationships with local rider communities and referral sources.

Report daily field activities and recruitment performance to the manager.
