Are you passionate about helping people find jobs abroad? Do you have experience in candidate mobilization, vendor/agent development, or overseas manpower recruitment? We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and onboard agents and mobilizers across India

✅ Travel across states to build a strong candidate pipeline for Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Oman, etc.)

✅ Organize job drives, awareness campaigns, and mobilization activities

✅ Source skilled, semi-skilled & unskilled candidates for various overseas roles

✅ Ensure proper documentation and coordinate with operations & visa teams

✅ Build lasting relationships with training centers, RAs, and sourcing partners

Who Should Apply:

✔️ 1–5 years of experience in overseas recruitment / skill development / vendor onboarding

✔️ Strong field presence and willingness to travel PAN India

✔️ Familiarity with documentation and compliance for GCC hiring

✔️ Strong communication & relationship-building skills

✔️ Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality
